Services
Sandra Engler Career Coaching provides career coaching services to individuals and groups. The services offered are detailed on the Services page of this website. The format of service delivery, whether one-on-one or group, will be confirmed at the time of booking. Any variation to the agreed delivery format must be confirmed in writing prior to commencement.
Payment
Payment is due in full prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is made via bank transfer. Invoice details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
If payment is not received by the agreed due date, Sandra Engler Career Coaching reserves the right to postpone or cancel the scheduled session or package.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule a session with a minimum of 48 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations or rescheduling requests received with less than 48 hours notice will result in the session being forfeited and no refund or credit will be issued.
If Sandra Engler Career Coaching needs to cancel or reschedule a session, clients will be offered an alternative time or a full refund for that session.
Packages are non-refundable once commenced. If a client wishes to discontinue a package, unused sessions may be refunded at the discretion of Sandra Engler Career Coaching, provided written notice is given.
Coaching expectations
Career coaching is designed to provide guidance, support, and professional insight. Sandra Engler Career Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to securing employment, receiving job offers, salary increases, or career progression.
Results depend on many factors outside the coach’s control, including individual effort, market conditions, and employer decisions.
Client responsibility
Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results arising from coaching sessions. All advice and recommendations are provided for informational and developmental purposes only. Coaching is not a substitute for legal, financial, or psychological advice.
Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential. A separate Confidentiality Agreement is provided to clients prior to the commencement of services, which sets out the full terms governing the handling of confidential information.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sandra Engler Career Coaching shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of coaching services or reliance on advice provided.
Privacy
Sandra Engler Career Coaching collects and handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. For full details on how your personal information is collected, stored, and used, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
