I’m Sandy, a Talent and Career Coach based in Cairns, originally from Switzerland. With a decade of HR and recruitment experience across internationally renowned organisations – including roles with the Olympics – I have spent years on both sides of the hiring table, as a recruiter and as a professional who has made bold moves herself.
I moved from the other side of the world, navigated the Australian job market, and started over in a new country – so I know from experience what that journey looks like. I understand the real differences in workplace culture, hiring expectations, and career norms that many internationals like you find themselves unprepared for, and I coach clients in both English and French.
I am bold, direct, and I do not sugarcoat. Real progress comes from honest conversations, not comfortable ones. I will tell you the truth, challenge you when needed, and back you every step of the way.
